How it started
Nikolas was born over 50 years ago, on the island of Schinoussa, when the family's grandfather opened a taverna by the sea.
What started as a small kitchen serving the day's catch quickly became a beloved gathering place for locals and visitors. His values were simple: cook what the sea gives you, treat guests like family, and let the ingredients speak for themselves.


That same spirit lives on today!
Still run by the family, Nikolas continues to serve honest Greek food with the same respect for tradition, seasonality, and the sea.
The fish? Pulled straight from the sea.
The ingredients? As seasonal and wild as the islands that inspired them.
