Nikolas began over 50 years ago on the island of Schinoussa, when the family's grandfather opened a small seaside taverna. With fish straight from the boats and dishes made with simple, honest ingredients, it quickly became a favorite among locals and travelers alike.

 

The love for authentic food and warm island hospitality was passed down through generations. The cooking stayed simple, fresh, and true to its roots.

 

Today, Nikolas continues in Glyfada. Still by the sea, still run by the family. Every dish honors that legacy: fresh seafood, real Greek flavors, and hospitality that comes from the heart.
